Refund policy

RETURNS

TMJ Apparel™ will accept returns if a product is faulty or is significantly different to what is described in the item description, or if the customer has selected the wrong size (for products that have a size variation option) within 14 days of receiving your order.

If an item is to be returned it must be returned in its original, sealed package and must be unused.

Consideration for returned items will be given as a full refund of the purchase price or as a credit, at the discretion of TMJ Apparel™ . Postage and handling costs will not be refunded, except in the case where TMJ Apparel™ has been grossly negligent.

Please note, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on sale items unless deemed faulty.

Refunds will incur a return shipping fee of $9.95 which will be deducted from your refund amount. Exchanges incur a flat $19.95 shipping fee to cover the cost of sending the goods back to us and re-shipping the replacement item.
